ADRA Network
- ADRA-TE is part of the worldwide ADRA network—a global humanitarian operation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
-
The ADRA network is recognised by virtually every donor government.
-
In 1997 ADRA was granted General Consultative Status by the United Nations (UN).
-
ADRA has offices in approximately 120 countries worldwide.
-
Although part of a global network, each ADRA office operates financially independently and receives grants and donations from donors primarily in their territory. They are also subject to the tax, auditing, aid and NGO (non-governmental organisation) policies and legal requirements of the country in which they operate.
