Implementing Offices
Implementing Partner Offices are responsible for:
- the administration of funds received from supporting country offices.
- development projects and initiatives within their country including:
- project identification
- proposal writing
- submission for approval and funding from a donor office
- hiring qualified staff
- managing the budget
- working with the local partners (community members, government officials etc.) to achieve the objectives
- educating and skills-training the community needed to sustain the project goals for the long term
- monitoring ongoing project progress
- reporting the projects operations to the donor office
